Trade and warranty work in Cornwall
Sell or service hot tubs, and have customers down here? Sending your own engineer down the A30 can take a whole day. We’re an independent hot tub engineer based in Camborne, and we take on jobs for other hot tub companies.
What we take on
We work for hot tub retailers, manufacturers, warranty providers and service firms, and we never name them or their customers.
- Fault-finding and repairs.
- Cleans and full services.
- Warranty call-outs.
We work on most rigid hot tubs and swim spas, but there are some makes we don’t take on. Send the make and model with the job and we’ll tell you before we accept it.
From first call to invoice
- Send us the job and the area, with the make, model and fault if you have them. We’ll confirm we cover it.
- Book a date with us, or pass on your customer’s details and we’ll arrange a time that suits them.
- We find the fault and report back to you with what we found and any parts needed. You approve the work or supply the parts where relevant, then we do the job.
- We pass everything back to you: what we found, the work done, and photos where they’re useful.
- We email your company an invoice after the job.
Our standard rates
- Call-out
- £75, including the first hour.
- After that
- £35 an hour, plus parts.
- Swim spas
- Servicing is quoted individually.
- VAT
- None to add. We’re not VAT registered.
Your customers get the same 12-month guarantee on our work as our own customers. Jobs further afield than our usual area carry a mileage charge.
