Is there anything I can check before I book?

Can I request a visit online?
Yes. Use our call-out request form to send your postcode, what the tub is doing and three days that suit you. Jon will check the diary and confirm a time by phone or email.
Do you work on every make?
We work on many makes, but not every fault can be fixed. Please tell us the make when you book.
What about chemicals and filters?
If you have your own chemicals, we’ll use them to balance the water. If a filter needs replacing, we can supply one as an extra, priced on the day.
