A longer run
The far west, the same price
St Just and the villages around it are a longer run for us, but they’re all inside our area, at the same call-out price. Because it’s further, anything you can tell us before we set off helps us bring the right part.
A lot of homes out here are holiday lets or second homes. For regular care of a let, see holiday-let hot tub care. If you’re not there, a keyholder can let us in, and we’ll ring you with what we find before we fit anything.
Helpful, not essential
You don’t need to prepare anything. If any of these are easy to hand, they help us bring the right parts:
- The make and model, if you know it. It’s usually on a label inside the cabinet door.
- A photo of the control panel, if there’s a code showing.
- A photo of the equipment bay, if the panel comes off easily. Switch off at the isolator first.
- Where the isolator is, if you know, so we can make the tub safe quickly.
