What we look at on a swim spa
Swim spas use the same parts as hot tubs. Most faults we see are teething problems, small leaks and circulation issues.
Air locks and circulation
Trapped air can stop the water circulating. We bleed the system and get the water moving again.
Leaks
Jets, unions, pipework and underwater lights. We trace where the water is going and repair it where we can.
Heating
Heaters, thermostats and temperature sensors, when the water won’t come up to temperature.
Pumps
Circulation and jet pumps that are noisy, leaking or not running.

Servicing a swim spa
We service swim spas as well as repairing them. Swim spas vary a lot in size and layout, so we quote for servicing rather than using our hot tub prices. Send us the make, model and size for a price.
We don’t supply chemicals. If a filter is past cleaning, we can supply a new one. Filters come in many shapes and sizes, so it’s an extra, priced on the day.

Which swim spa makes do you work on?
Most rigid swim spas, but not every make or fault is one we can take on. Tell us the make and model when you get in touch, and we’ll tell you if it’s not one for us.
My new swim spa’s water is cloudy. Is it faulty?
Not always. Cloudy water in a new swim spa can be down to water chemistry rather than a fault. Ring us, and we’ll talk it through. If a visit is needed, we’ll say so.
Do your hot tub prices apply to swim spas?

Can you supply a new filter?
Yes. We can supply a new filter as an extra. Filters come in many shapes and sizes, so it’s priced on the day.
