From Penzance to St Just

A clean in Penzance: we emptied the tub and cleaned it out with our wet vacuum, on a patio with a view over the rooftops to the sea.

A pump change in St Just: before the repair, we pumped the tub’s warm water into our blue holding bag. When the job allows, it goes back in afterwards, so you’re not waiting for a fresh fill to heat up.

You don’t need to prepare anything. If you can tell us any of these, they help the visit go smoothly:

  • If you have your own chemicals, we’ll use them to balance the water.
  • If a filter needs replacing, we can supply one as an extra, priced on the day.
  • Where the isolator is, and whether it’s easy to reach, if you know.
  • Where you’d like us to park, if parking’s tight. It often is in Mousehole, Newlyn and parts of Penzance.

No. They’re inside our usual area, and the call-out is £75 including the first hour, the same as in Penzance.

Do I have to wait for the tub to refill and heat up after a repair?

Not always. When the job allows, we hold your water in our holding bag and put it back afterwards.

We’re not at the property. Can you still come?

Yes. A keyholder or agent can let us in, and we’ll ring you with what we find before we fit anything.
