    Check your postcode, choose the service, tell us about the tub and how it’s installed, and pick up to three days.

    Jon checks the diary

    Jon checks your request against the diary, and may ring you if he has a question.

    Jon confirms a time

    You’ll get a call or an email to confirm a time. It isn’t booked until he does. There’s no deposit to pay.

How is the tub installed?

Most repairs start with a cabinet panel off, so this tells us which sides we can get to.

For example, a gazebo or roof with low clearance, or steps or furniture against the panels.

What do you need?
When would suit you?

Pick up to three days. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, 10am to 1pm (mornings only). We’re closed on Sundays.

It helps us prepare if you add photos of the tub, the control panel, any error code and, if it’s easy to see, the equipment bay. JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP, up to 10 MB each.

We’ll use your details to reply, as described in our privacy policy.

Is my visit booked once I send the form?

No. The form sends a request. Jon will check the diary and confirm a time with you by phone or email. It isn’t booked until he’s confirmed it.

Do I pay a deposit?

No. There’s no deposit to request or book a call-out. A call-out is £75, including the first hour, then £35 an hour, plus any parts.

Do you cover my area?

Site visits cover Mid and West Cornwall, from Bodmin and Newquay to Penzance and everywhere in between. Type your postcode into the form and it’ll tell you straight away. If you’re further afield, a consultation by phone or video call may help.

Why do you ask how the tub is installed?

Most repairs start with a cabinet panel off. If the tub is sunk into decking or the ground, set against a wall or fence, or under a low gazebo, some panels are harder to reach, and that affects how long the job takes.
