I know now that you do your best for the customer and that is a great old fashioned service, which as a customer is so hard to find nowadays. Thank you. Your knowledge and professionalism was great. I had 2 hot tubs with frost damage, the pipes and manifolds had split. I was struggling to find the parts and I emailed some pictures to The Hot Tub Repairman. They identified the parts I needed and despatched them to me the same day, I had the parts the next morning and also received a call from Jon giving me some useful tips to help with installation. Where do i start well what a team all i can say is if you have a problem with your hot tub dont go any were else to get it resolved cus i have a carrabean 2 made by four winds in the u.s.a. i tried many times to get in tuch with them to get it fixed but never received any help so in shear desperation i went on the web and found the hot tub repair man so i give them a try they came out very polite lads nick & john and john would not leave until he had fixed it i was amazed at the way they went about things and there charges were brilliant so when your tub goes wrong ring john on 07515666605 and thanx alot lad,s much appreciated!

We purchased a second hand hot tub in October 2010 and in March 2011 it developed a fault. We invited the Hot Tub repairman to come and diagnose the fault after another local company (less than a mile away)had already been out. The Hot Tub repairman went out of his way to visit us and he was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the fault accurately. Furthermore, he explained that he would obtain costings of repairs, and provided a timescale for a response. This was more than i had received from the previous company, and yet it was exactly what a customer needs. The follow up call was received as promised, and I was delighted when the cost of repair was over 50% cheaper than previously quoted by the other company. Hi, sorry for the delay in posting this email to you but we would just like to say thank you for the service of our hot tub. It was a pleasure to be in the company of Jon whilst he was working. Honesty, professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication are words that are rarely used these days but with regards to Jon they are the only words we can use to describe his visit.

We searched the internet for a local company to repair the leak on our hot tub late Saturday afternoon. We called 3 companies and left messages for them to contact us. Only ‘Hottubrepairman’ called us back – (the other 2 still have not made any contact) and John arranged for Nick to come out to us the next day as he was in the area. John was so confident that Nick would be able to repair our leak and that he would have all necessary parts on his van that he said we would not have to pay if he couldn’t sort it out. On that basis Nick came out the next day as promised and took just an hour to repair 2 leaks. Nick also gave us some great free advice and info re using our spa as we are ‘novices’ and were completely baffled by all the chemicals needed etc for hot tub repair.
We would highly recommend your company as it is so rare to find anyone these days who delivers what they promise. A very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy company. We will definitely use you again and will highly recommend you to our friends and family – in fact we have just ordered a cover lifter from you which will be delivered within a few days.

Hot Tub Repair Nottingham – Excellent service, the hot tub repair man was round my house faster than you can say Hot Tub
After buying my hot tub 4 years ago i had some problems with water damage on the top side panel it became a serious problem finding new replacement parts and took months to find someone to help.
I spoke to Jon from hot tub repair man and he informed this is a very common problem with Chinese built imports and that finding parts is a nightmare.
He was very helpful in identifying the issues and finding replacement American parts for hot tub.
He gave me a rough idea of how much the upgrade would cost and on installation he was very mindful of time spent on the job always trying to save me money (not very common in house hold visits Ive found from other boiler engineers etc) the job went very well Jon worked very quickly and was very professional. The hot tub is now fixed and bubbling away nicely and even more than that the job came in under quote. I am very happy with the work carried out and would recommend anyone with hot tub issues to use the hot tub repair man engineers.
